Join the nation’s PE teacher Joe Wicks every morning at 9am as he gets everyone moving with fun energising exercises to start your day on a positive note. All you need to do is find a space, jump onto Joe’s YouTube channel and get going.

Fitness blender

Fitness blender have created a short 25 minutes exercise to do with your kids. This is a brilliant video that runs through three different games in order to help burn off extra energy.

The Guardian

Make your household items do some of the work! The Guardian have put together a fun guide on how to use household items as part of your fitness workout. You and your children could lift some water bottles, or canned goods to burn even more energy off.
