Franken-tastic Halloween crafts to create with the kids
With Halloween just around the corner, we’ve curated our favourite spooky themed crafts along with fun things to do with your children this October half term.
Make your own Halloween lantern
These cool DIY pumpkin lanterns will be the perfect addition to your Halloween decorations – you can even take them with you when you go trick or treating!
Create a toilet paper roll bat
Don’t throw out your toilet rolls this October, and instead save them to design some DIY bats. Simply fold the top of the toilet roll to create the bat ears and glue the fold. Grab some black craft paper and cut out some wings, to then glue to the sides. Finally, draw on some faces and you'll have some friendly bats for your home.
Spooky pumpkin plates
Stuck for quick and easy costume ideas? Making your own costume masks or decorations can be as easy as painting paper plates orange to transform them into fun and personalised pumpkin characters!
